Franz-Josef Marxen is a member of the Management Board of VENTIS Immobilien AG. Since 1993, the trained banker and graduate in business administration has made it his goal to build sophisticated real estate in prime locations. VENTIS Immobilien AG has remained true to this early established philosophy to this day.

Klaus Prokop, who studied business administration and is a member of the management board of VENTIS Immobilien AG, has renovated and constructed more than 500 properties throughout Germany in his career with a pronounced attention to detail. In 2008, he brought today’s PRIMUS Construction into the company, setting the course for the current demand for construction quality.

Kerstin Kage is CPO at VENTIS Immobilien AG. For many years, she was in charge of finance and human resources as an authorized signatory. Since 2021, Kerstin has been responsible for the area of “Human Resources” as a member of the Management Board. She rounded off her experience from a Berlin law firm with a focus on construction and real estate law as well as extensive notary knowledge in a later study to become a business lawyer (LL.B).

Konstantin Graf Lambsdorff is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PRIMUS as well as founding partner and qualified tax lawyer at LAMBSDORFF Rechtsanwälte, specializing in corporate mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity and corporate finance.

Christopher Muhr is a member of the Supervisory Board at PRIMUS as well as a renowned entrepreneur and business angel. With a degree in business administration, he is regularly involved in the development and expansion of various successful companies through investments and advisory board mandates, including most recently as COO of Auto1 and co-founder of Citydeal.

Keith Fischer is a member of the Supervisory Board at PRIMUS as well as Partner and Senior Managing Director of Kildare Partners. As a certified real estate expert with a degree in business administration, he has held various positions in the real estate and finance industry since 1989, including at Hines, Orion Capital Managers, Lehman Brothers, Frankonia Eurobau and Varde Partners.
